Delivery

We strive to deliver the goods to the delivery location by the time frame or within the agreed period, at times, however, events beyond our control may affect this which we can accept no liability for. We will update you with any delays we know about.

We endeavor to post out your goods within 3 working days; during busy periods this may take longer.

 

Please note that orders placed on a weekend won’t be processed until Monday morning, this excludes bank holidays when it will be a Tuesday morning.

We do not deliver to address outside England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, if however, we do accept an order for outside this delivery area, you will need to check and pay any import duties or other taxes as we are not liable to pay them.

We may deliver goods in instalments if we suffer a shortage of stock or for other genuine and fair reason, you are not liable for extra charges.

If you or your nominee fail, through no fault of ours, to take delivery of the goods at the delivery location, we may charge the reasonable costs of storing and redelivering them.

The goods will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery or customer collection. You must examine the goods before accepting them.

Any amendments to the delivery address given when ordering must be given by email to carltons66@yahoo.com from the email address used to place the order. Changes to address or delivery cannot be made by ourselves after the item has been posted, you would have to arrange this with the courier yourself.

Once the courier delivers goods ordered to the delivery address you have provided us with, delivery is completed. After this all good are your responsibility. If you choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour this is done at your risk, and we take no responsibility for any loss of the goods.

Delivery Charges: 

 Standard UK Delivery- £4.50

 Express Delivery- £6.95

If needed for large and bulky items, we reserve the right to amend delivery charges. You will always be contacted if this situation arises to discuss options.

Delivery dates given are estimates, tracking will be available for your order. Please note goods are not considered lost until 14 working days have passed after the item has been posted. Please contact us by phone, 0191 2702238, or email, carltons66@yahoo.com, of any delivery issues or queries within 14 days of us dispatching your order.

Some postcodes will not be eligible for next day delivery.

If a parcel looks damaged on arrival, do not sign for it and instead refuse the parcel on grounds it was damaged during postage.
